Should I mention the blinding sandstorms too, some days were tan, some pink and one time it looked like Mars. Started off pink, turned orange then red then went black.

Going to be 102°F today. Not too bad, I fought in chemical suits body armor loaded down full battle rattle, helmet and then some on weight in 120°F temperatures while marching across the desert at one time.

Oh the schit I hear and see out here, no wonder I’m walking over them. I don’t have experience from one area, I have world wide experience several times over. We are really about to blow the top when we start a well drill company out here as the dynasty has ran it all the past 40 plus years with...

Yes it's all a mess, you should of seen the place before I started, scattered over 10 acres and it's how she has the place. Blames it on the wind, yet claims where her home (shed) is it's in the perfect spot from the wind 🧐 No it shows you are sloppy. What's really funny is excavating around...

Working on my second retirement right about now, or at least trying to. Running joke is I will be doing this till my 90's from the doctors. Going to be 100°F today, I'm not turning wrenches today. A day of repairing my own stuff and getting my equipment to the next job site. Oh and 3 more...

You work 8 hours to live 4. You work 6 days to enjoy 1. You work 8 hours to eat in 15 minutes. You work 8 hours and sleep only 5. You work all year just to get a week or two off. You work all your life to retire in old age. And when it’s all said and done, you’re left wondering… what was it all...

Looks like I will be adding water well drilling to my services soon. Put my foot forward and paid for the test for the license and the materials needed to study for it come with it, $600. I served my country and I feel with having the skill set I have I should use it to serve the community now...

Actually this for a customer and they are putting a house there and today I ended up cutting out where their wood storage shed will go. Was cut and fill the house pad, she seen it and said oh by the way… Wish they would have said something sooner as it made it more complicated than the house...

True which is why I got away from "contracting" for my business name. With my broad spectrum of knowledge/experience I can see more than one way of doing things by combining other specific things to another specific thing.

Some just cut until they get a level surface or just fill till they get one, excessive work. This is better. She couldn't wrap her head around what I was going to do till she seen it, odd since she said she grew around family who were all contractors.

The journey into the abyss of no return

Managed this 2500 square ft building pad in 6 hours yesterday. Part of the oh you can do this, wow now I see that, can you do this, oh how about this. Haven't had a day off since June 11th and it's only going to get worse. Time to pack the tool box up and go home from wrenching. Did the driveway...
