Unhitch the trailer and that tractor could of pulled it out or at least unload the car. Those two hooks on the front of the semi could of easily dragged it out too.

Problem with custom build homes that are architecturally different is what is one envisions can be another ones nightmare. Most people prefer to live in a box as they can't think outside of a box. others see a simple home as good enough and some can't afford it. Three below zero outside right...

Seriously, the place needs updated. I doubt and if it does it is easily fixed on the roof. Mostly got a firebreak around it, though need to replace vegetation with gravel up to 100' from the house. Over all it is about going prices for 40 acres with a house as that out here.

Pry board enough to slip a metal cutting blade from reciprocating saw between and cut with metal blade the nails. Or just cut part of the board with it it and the nails.

The best deal is I always get hay from this guy, it's only 10 miles up the road and they use my services time to time. If he doesn't have any free I have no qualms in paying for what he has.
