Talking about the blocks moving... those are the same blocks we used to make the silage pit... 3300 lbs each... and they are staggered when he put them up for more strength... one side and the back is backfilled and they are fine with the silage... the other side is NOT backfilled and he only...

We have over 8 inches on the ground... temps in the 20's.... was 16 overnight. All the schools are closed here in a 10+ county area... all the gov't and courts are on a 10 a.m. delayed opening type schedule... Road is pretty much cleared off... they plowed most of the night to get the stuff...

It will be several more mostly in the house type days.... It was 16 overnight... a "balmy" 20 out there with temps maybe going to mid 30's today...but mostly cloudy. They got the road pretty well plowed off to bare pavement last night... Time for a cup of hot cocoa and some breakfast. Will...

Temps have dropped slowly all afternoon... As of 5:30 it is down to 22....It was still snowing, very light fine stuff, but not ice. Was nearly stopped when I came in at dark. We have about 6-8 inches out there.. I measured in a couple spots...more 7-8 inches than 6 inches... DS had texted...

DS texted me and said he got a text from the Dr office at 7 a.m.. Since that appt was at 8, we would have been halfway there at that time... Said the office was closed and all appts cancelled... good thing we didn't go... DS made the right call. He also called and cancelled the 1 pm appt...

Can't find any of their last year, 2026, of The Farmers Almanac... I always used the Old Farmer's Almanac when I was up north and continued down here... but The Farmers Almanac, seemed to be more accurate for down here so would get both... Hate that they are discontinuing... Would like to find...

Yeah, we might all have to get in line and divvy it up..... See @drstratton ... there is a MARKET for that flavor... maybe you ought to consider that and it would help pay for bee equipment etc and so forth... not just the shipping, but making a little money off it to go against expenses in...
