Yeah, @Mini Horses , I think the move and new calf and everything just sent her over the edge... I was really questioning my purchase... but she was really totally sensible and easy to work with yesterday. Hope she will take another calf if we have one .... might have to buy one... her calf is...

Not saying that German Shepherds don't cause trouble... BUT , we have had more problems with golden retrievers and huskies over the years than anything else... Pack mentality... and huskies will decimate chicken pens of chickens... The owners are more to blame.....but the dogs need to be shot...

Saturday. 38 to start...hit 70. Sun was out and it was a nice day. DS called and he had gotten the neighbor's steer and one of our cows into the catch lot at grants. The steer had gone through a broken board on the catch pen and gotten out with the cows. So, he wanted to get the steer out...
