All I see is a nail product. 
Have any Neosporin on hand? Should soften the dried stuff so you can clean it off, plus healing for the skin/tissue. Won't burn -- saying from own wound use.

Paint it with Blu-Kote. If that doesn't seem good enough, spray with Aluminum bandage after applying Blu-Kote.
