Okay, so I can't be bothered to do a tutorial right now, but I will do one for the goat manger feeder I am building ;) I promise. I made this today, I needed something to keep the hay off the ground because Luna keeps rolling in it and flattening it and then she won't eat it after. This cost me about $100 to build, which is about $400 less than what it would cost me to buy the metal store-bought version of it and mine is bigger :)

I have to add the tray for the chaff to fall on still, but it is currently in use in the field. It is about 6ft tall (next one will be shorter, with a wider base) and 4ft long. It holds one 60lb square bale very nicely.

It looks like I daidoed it, but infact, I have false daidoed the legs by using wood and leaving a gap because dado blades are like $200!!

Also, Thursday the Toronto Humane Society is delivering 2 more cats for our place :) An orange male and black female, names anyone?

Yep, the horses seem to love it too. There is still some mess because the trough hasn't been installed yet, but so far so good!

We adopted an orange male stray and I named him Orange Julius. I love orange male kittys. I also had a nice fat one in Houston that came with my stables named Bubba Joe...it was TX ya know!
