Loving the herd life
So, I have a pasture with grass, acorns, etc that my goats graze on most of the day. I give them a small amount of alfalfa in the am and pull the pregnant ones onto the milk stand for some complete goat food and some TLC (rub down to get them ready for milking later). They also have a protein/mineral tub in the field too, which they nibble at throughout the day. Anything else they really need?
