Ever since I was 5 years old, I wanted to live on a farm. At 30 my family was on 1 acre next to a farm. By 45 I bought my first horse. Started late on the dream, but being young at heart, I enjoyed it to the fullest. At 68 I moved to almost 17 acres with my youngest son. Finally We had 11 horses and two ponies. We now have 4 horses and board 3 more.
Building the fences was such fun. Buying a flatbed trailer to bring home hay was a dream come true.
A month ago I received a Banty hen and 11 babies.
Naturally I needed a rooster, so I bought one. This is going to be fun!
