I live and work on a 6th generation cattle ranch and married to my husband for 21 yrs. I feel that I can help some others with their cattle questions and I have become passionate about calf feeding since my very awful experience with Soy fillers in my calf milk replacers was found to be the culprit to my mysterious calf disease we thought we had a bad scour bug. Did the testing and discovered to my shock that milk replacers for calves and other baby animals contain soy proteins and can cause allergic reactions since they do not have the digestive enzymes to digest this stuff. Malnutrition and Anti Nutritional Factors are naturally occurring in SOY and so I have become compelled to share so others do not have to go thru this. Feed companies have two kinds of milk replacers the good quality which contain ALL MILK proteins!!! And the cheaper poorer quality with SOY in it. Beware educate yourself about your animals and how they digest or absorb their milk proteins. I have touched many lives and heard of many others thankful for the info and glad they now know what was causing the bloating and diarrhea and death in their baby animals. I hope to help someday make a difference. Thank you
