I am a family man with a degree in Culinary Arts and Business who owns/operates a small farm. We raise Purebred Registered Berkshire hogs, Red Wattle hogs, Spotted hogs, Dairy Goats, Chickens, Ducks, Turkeys, Guineas, Miniature Horses, have a bossy Dairy Cow (Jersey), a riding Mule and a little bucking bull destined for futurity events in a few more months.
We also grow asparagus, various types of fruit and vegetables in season.
When I have all of that taken care of, I also find time to do a bit of chefing and have been known to pick up a paint brush.
