Thank you all! We did have an electrician come out to look things over and fix the damaged wires. DH knows the basic electrical stuff but not not a licensed electrician so we opted for someone who knows what they are doing. I forgot to ask DH if he found out the reason for the fire.

@rachels.haven we rented a post hole digger from Home Depot and got our fencing done. Not the best job we had done but we had 2 days to get it done because the cows were being delivered that weekend.
