As much as I hate them - glue trap every night and pick up in the morning. Whatever was getting my zucchini left and took the trap with it. Could. Not. Find. It. !!!
Around here zucchini have been slow - also slow at DS and DDIL's as well.
Ditto what @Mini Horses said. I did try having a horse here as well - she lasted 2 weeks - crazy loco. I trained a lot of hunter/jumpers so I was used to some "silliness" - but this one, off the track (as most I've trained were) was just nutso. Probably drugged when I tried her out. Smartest...

Sounds great! Garden sounds like it's good - it's been another slow year for things to fruit and ripen. My tomatoes are coming in - but they're about 2 weeks late and I don't know when the figs will ripen - they've stalled out.
Sassy is a heart dog. We've all been there with some that are just so much a part of our souls. While she's here try to not be buried in the pain. Try to let her see you are happy with her, give her every pet and take her out to lunch (BK does great plain burgers). Sadness is too heavy.
