I know my 3 week old bottle baby has some type of eye infection but IDK how to treat it. Her eye is swollen, it runs clear, and it has a cloudy spot. It is not crusty. What do I need to do to clear this up?? Should I treat my other doeling that has no symptoms?
I feed her Noble Goat and mixed hay and alfalfa hay. She does browse but it seems like she likes to eat dead leaves and my weeping willow tree but not alot of grass. She looks a little thick to me but IDK I just picked her up 2 days ago.
This is my first time w/ a baby goat, I have a 3 day old goat who is on land o lakes milk replacer and her poo looks like dark yellow peanut butter, is this normal? When will it look like "goat berries"?
If you bottlefeed should you give milk replacer to the kid warm or cold? I read that if you give it cold they will not over eat. Would this be the same for cow's milk and goat's milk? Or would you give cold milk to weanlings..... I dont think I would do it for a newborn but IDK???

Can you use human baby formula to bottle feed goats? I only ask b/c I have about 6 cans of cow based and soy based human formula, I never used is b/c I beastfeed and hospitals give it away like candy lol
