I use frozen water bottles and box fans. Also keep them under a tree. It gets into the triple digits here during summer and I have never lost one during the summer.

I used to have this problem with some of mine. Have you tried caging her next to the buck? Sometimes this does the trick. It could be that your does don't like the buck. I know it sounds crazy, but I have had does that would only breed with certain bucks. Both of NZW girls are hopefully...

:sick I don't know if you could actually find calf brains for sale. If I recall they outlawed the consumption of cattle brains because of the risk of Mad Cow Disease.

Thank you so much. I have been trolling the past threads and couldn't find out much about it for rabbits. The folks on BYC swear by it and I will use their dilution ratio. One teaspoon for a gallon of water. Will go out and buy some tomorrow.

A friend of mine told me to put ACV in my rabbits water a few days before I breed them. I have been told it is also great for chickens. Does anyone else use ACV on a regular basis or just before they breed? How much should I give them? Thanks for your help.
