Here, I just turn off the pot and let it cool after the brewing is all done, then just nuke a cuppa as needed, don't go bitter as anywhere near as quick. Scott

That's why we have a couple of Microwaves, it lets us heat up a cuppa at a time just as hot as needed/wanted. Scott
