Glad to hear she is looking better. I would suspect a parasite, cocci might be hanging around. When we have had mucusy poos in the past, that has been the culprit. She might be fighting them off and the is good, but you may need to help her a bit with a nice sulfa. The fecal will tell.
My girl Red is a somewhat on purpose/somewhat by accident line breeding. I was sorting does and bucks as I did my line up for last year and I loved the topline and udder of her dam but thought she could some more width so I picked a buck for her that paired nicely.
I am sure I got distracted...
The breed demand in your area and the background of the goat really influence what you might ask. Here, there are few Nigerian Dwarf goats. Wethers I sell for $75, bucks between $200-$400 depending on from which line. My best milker Bluebell and the one who has won the most awards--her kids...

Thanks promiceacres. I will ask her about that. There were a few chemicals she mentioned but I don't recall that one---she might have said it but it was a lot to take in.
We are using Advantix for flea/tick/mosquito and for now are still on heartguard/ivermectin until we do a follow up blood test on them to see if we are still seeing the microfilaria (baby heartworms---for those who may not know, the ivermectin will NOT kill the adults but is supposed to destroy...
