I milk from the back. It saves a lot of back aches and the goats never lean. It also makes it much easier to manage feet that like to "wander" toward the bucket. I built my milk stand long and narrow so I can sit on the end, but you could just as well put a stool at the end of a short stand.

Supplement with a bucket or bottle feed two of them. But leave them with their mama during the day.

She is quite lovely. And she has a nice little udder. She doesn't look enormous. Pretty normal actually. Her hips look OK to deliver a fair sized kid. Good luck.

OK. I'm revising my timeline for Apricot. She is due within the next 48 hours. Her tail is crooked; ligaments are soft and udder is getting big.
