Planted some spinach and turnip seeds, bought another blackberry bush. Got it done before the rain except for planting the blackberry bush. I'm hoping the weather gets better and I can get the rest of the garden planted. The mini pumpkin seeds I planted are starting to come up.
Went to Oroville to see my mom and dad. Took Wally and the youngest granddaughter. I had to pick him up to get him out of the Xterra. When I got home he changed his mind about staying in the car, after he couldn't see me, he got out quick.
Wally doesn't sleep outside at all. He's an indoor dog but he loves going out to the chickens and he tries to play with them. He doesn't really bark unless he's rolling in the grass or my pitbull barks. He's really good and he also follows me around.
Got most of the hen den shed cleaned up. It's not done but it's a start. I'm going to get the loft set up for a reading nook for the granddaughters. A friend gave me a star light with a bunch of strings of lights on it and I am going to hang it up so they can read.
Yes and thank you. I just wish I could convince my husband to stop but he seriously uses it as a crutch. I see it as an excuse and excuses are like bumholes, everybody has one and they all stink. 🤣
A man told me that he quit by slapping his hands every time he picked up a cigarette. He said he would tell his hands that he was in charge not them and he hasn't smoked in over 10 years. I keep trying to stop and it always ends with a fail however I know that I will be successful someday...
I'm guessing that my body is just telling me you're a duhmass (just cleaning up the language), so the Trelegy has given me much better breathing with less pain in my chest. I don't know why cigarettes were ever made. That's what's killing me and of course my own stupidity. Keep smiling and being...
Yesterday I was able to get some cool weather crops planted. I'm going to try to get more planted but haven't been feeling too well. I believe it is just the COPD and nothing else. Will go to the doctor tomorrow and see about getting some meds.
I got him in December about the weekend before Christmas or so. The lady said he was 9 weeks old, so he is probably about 5-6 months old. He's a big butt also so I will have to get his weight.
I did at one point only eat the greens but after tasting the turnips I know now that they taste good. I should have read your reply before commenting. I pulled some of my walking onions out and gave them to my youngest granddaughter and the bulbs looked like mush.
Yesterday my husband was getting ready to leave for work and Wally looked like he was going to try to get out of the yard so I yelled at him. He had a look on his face like sh@#, that noisy thing is talking to me and sounds like mom. My husband and I were laughing at him. 🤣
