She sounds like she has a severe parasite load. Talk to your vet, have a fecal run.
You’ll need to give supportive care. It can be difficult to bring a goat back at this stage.
Hard to tell from the pics, she looks thin but has a big belly? Can you feel her ribs/spine easily? When is she due to kid? Temp?
It looks/sounds like she is having a major parasite bloom. I would be calling a vet out ASAP.
Is she eating or drinking?
How is her FAMACHA?
She is doing great! She is my favorite of the bunch, I'm a sucker for the tiny kids! I know the brown doe will be a nicer goat though.
I like the name :) She is the black/white kid in the 2nd pic.
Snapped a few pics earlier today. The weather has been so nice over the last few days! Yesterday is was 80*f! Starting to get colder again though :(

Big boys, 4 & 4.1lbs. They took 4oz of colostrum each right after birth, and took another 4oz each ~2 hours later. They are quite now. Need to milk again in a few hours.
Sleeping babies
How costly is the testing? Here, it is very inexpensive. I personally wouldn’t just “assume” anything. But that’s just me. I’d do the testing.
Years ago we brought in a doe. Her stool was never never consistent. Sometimes berries other times it was “dog log” and sometimes mild scours. It drove...
From a UC Davis newsletter:
(Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis is a bacterial organism that causes the disease commonly referred to as Caseous Lymphadenitis or CL.)
So it IS possible for kids to have CL. These 1 week old kids had it. Makes me wonder how. How a kids so young could develop...
Honestly, I'd go ahead and blood test the entire herd. Use a GOOD lab. We use UC davis in CA. The CL test is $14.50 per goat.
Other labs are not accredited and seem to have a lot of false + and - and can be complete nightmares.
Once you get the tests go from there. Is the entire herd positive...
