I have an angora cross, and for the life of me I can not keep her butt clean.
Is this normal? She has a rather large hutch and plenty of hopping space.
Should I change her feed? Or pull her grain and only give her hay for a bit?
Its not diarrhea, just soft mushy poops.
Yup! It was the breed my husband really wanted, so now were going to have a horse in the backyard X_X
And no, hes staying intact. We figured if were going to breed them we best stick to a small sheep that stays on our property so we know where he so there are no complications with the Jacob or...
My husband has named the spotted one Mona, as in the Mona Lisa because the little doe is "flecked with paint"
And we have named floppy...well, ok we call her floppy, but her real name is Felicity :D there absolutely adorable!!
Ok everyone, so after long and tedious wait, research fest, and a bunch of long LOOONG drives, we have our flock!
Two Shetlands; One Shetland ewe named Rosie, who popped out a pure bred Shetland baby ewe lamb named Violet. *who were not sure is going to be staying, were watching finances to see...
Very relieved! I was a tiny bit worried that I was going to go nuts and wait for a month X_X
And my hubby was even asking about getting a floppy eared baby XD
Thank goodness I witnessed the breeding!!
Lol nice, Annie does pushups when you touch her back lol
Well, Seven's ligaments are still gone. Watch her be the goat who stays like that for a week first...
Anyway, no baby yet, but she literally has nothing back there anymore and has been like this since yesterday morning. lets hope she pops...
Whelp, shes still loosey goosey back there with no sign of her ligaments, so it looks like i'll be staying up until midnight and then waking up around six to check on her. Ugh...
At least i have the date she was bred!! @_@ Here we go again...
Well...This might be something?
Shes doing everything possible to try and escape her pen, where for the last four days shes been fine and content. Wailing, but fine.
Well, so far her ligaments have been pretty much gone all day, so I am assuming tonight or tomorrow morning. *or a month from now...Don't you dare Seven (glares at the goat)*
She has also been VERY quiet today, where usually she wails her head off since she hates the pen.
Shes pawing at the...
i actually did! And after that he left her alone, so im going off of that date.
though knowing my luck this is false labor or something and in a month she'll have it :barnie
But, she is passing some mucus right now, lots of up and down...so, maybe...
Maybe...I an't holding my breath...
