She has a great head and a nice overall body type, but lacks a bit in wool length, but she has great texture. She is a one year old black doe and has sucsusfully raised one litter and is working on her second. She is a great mother. I am asking for $40 for her.
is 40-45 dollars a fair price? She has a great head and overall bodytype, but lacks in wool langth. She is proven though and has been a wonderful mother.
I have never had to sell an adult rabbit before so I dont know.
I'm no expert on holland lops, but she looks a bit low in the shoulders to me.

Awww! The little black one looks exactly like my jersey wooly born on the same day. (she has a little white spot on her head)
Are the others blue and broken black?
I have a 5 day old kit and every time I pick her up she pees. She has been doing this since she was born. Why is that? I don't want her to associate being picked up with peeing.
If I were you, id move the doe and her kits into a cage closer to the fan or air conditioner. I live in SC where it is the mid 90's and I have my rabbit and her kits right in front of the air conditioner, they are all doing well.
I wish i was over run with babies. Sadly, I've been having some issues with my litters. Last time she had 4 live babies, 1 was a peanut, and 2 got sick from the flies. This time, she had 3 live babies, but two are peanuts. :(
I breed rabbits because it is my hobby. I don't do it to make money, (though a little extra money is nice) as most of the money I get pays for cages and food. I do it because I love rabbits and genetics and meeting people with the same interests as me.
You said you can't sell your rabbit. Have...
She probably wants to be bred. Sometime when females arnt bred and are not spayed, they can experience a pseudopregnancy. This can cause does to build a nest and pull fur.
