How would someone go about starting a 4h club? The nearest one to me is 50 miles away and in another county and my kids really want to join.

I acquired this goat from a neighbor and I don't have any idea what breed he is. The guy I got him from bought him for a temporary petting zoo during a town festival and then gave him to me afterwards for my kids to play with. Was just curious if anyone knew what breed he is. He's pretty small...
