My mom got her first cow when I was 8, and my youngest sibling was a newborn, and two more in between. Get a good cow, possibly an adult so you have a better idea what tempermant she has, and teach children to respect her.
Yes! It drives everyone else in the family out of their minds, in the morning nobody is well rested, I watched chicks hatch all night, and everybody else can't stand constant cheeping

I never got kicked off, but two nights ago, while on BYH, my tablet froze so bad, I couldn't do anything for 3 hours, I finally just unplugged it and let it die so the screen would turn off.
Thanks for the answers! I had that happen with a Jersey bull calf, she was played with all the time as a calf, there were three kids who loved him, but he got aggressive at about 9 months and we ate him.
