Hard to believe we went from 65 and sunny two days ago to this! We’re expected to have low overnights in the 20’s and highs during the day in the 30’s this week, and then back to sunny and 67 on Saturday!

It looks like we got 2” of snow here! My thermometer says 26 degrees. Brrr! It’s for sure a reminder that our Indian summer is ending and I need to get serious about prepping for winter.

I haven’t written in this journal in a long time. I don’t have very good luck with setting African Violet leaves and getting the babies to reach adulthood. I get tons of sprouts, but not many grow big enough to put into pots. And it seems like when I do pot them, it kills a lot of them off. But...

In other breeds they call that Isabella. I know dachshunds have it and it’s not really uncommon because there’s bazillions of dachshund “breeders” out there. But yeah, you won’t find it in the show quality ones from good breeders.
