My holland lop doe had 2 babies and one ended up being a peanut and died. So I have one lonely kit. It looks like it's having problems but I'm not sure what it is, it is leaking yellowish gooey stuff from its bottom and it's all over its back legs and rear end (see pictures) . Is this diarrhea...

I have a litter of 4 lionhead kits that are a week old, should I try putting one of them with it? They are doing really good so I don't want to mess anything up. Or should I put it in with the lionheads? I feel bad taking the holland lops babies away from her because she is being so protective...

I just read bunnyladys comment and I feel better now, that's exactly how I do it. I don't ever carry them around just hanging for sure!

That's how I was showed to do it, it seems like they are calmer getting them out of the cage that way. I don't do it but for a split second and then cradle them in my arms immediately, maybe that's not good.... Idk... I hope it doesn't hurt them because that would make me feel really really bad.

Are you able to look to see where the blood is coming from? If you scruff them (like a mother cat would her kittens) that helps when trying to handle them to look and see or to palate them. I'm still very new to this but I have had 4 litters born within the last month, 2 litters surviving and 2...
