On here I will be posting what I am doing with my doe to get her looking great! She is a commercial type doe so she’s gonna look more like a market weather than some of the ABGA Does.

Without further ado meet, Frosty. She is a February born doe. She currently has won’t 4th overall market goat.

You might recognize Frosty from our hair care journey this summer. But unfortunately for me, I live where it is over 90° most of the year and she dropped all of her hair once she started maturing. Currently our goal is to make Frosty the most muscular, powerful, and solid doe in the show ring. I encourage hair growth on her legs and rear end, but do not stress about it.

Seriously conformation should take precedence over fluffy hair. Work your doe and make her the best she can be. You know what you are doing. She is gorgeous now and can only get even better.
