Man, sheep continue to be picky, of course.
Some bales are more stemmy, others very nice & they clean it up.
Stemmy stuff they leave behind, i flip it a few times so they get all of the good stuff. If I didn't have at least one pony, it'd be a lot of waste! But I've got 4 & they suck it right up!
I have a feeling I may have a lot of late lambers or some not lambing at all. Because of the drought & how weird they've been about hay.
I might keep them in breeding groups until March first, as I'll still have to haul hay to the old barn for the bull & the rams. Might as well keep it all as is.
