Chillin' with the herd
I noticed today that one of the bucklings had a white glob of mucous on his hind end. He is dam-raised and nursing. Behavior is normal, no other troubling signs. I have his mother on Tribissen for suspicion of coccidia. (She has clumpy to "pudding" poops that didn't clear when I backed a little off her grain and gave more grassy hay...) Could the Tribissen be causing this? Is it transmitted through her milk? Or is it something else? Should I be freaking out? (I am a little already...)
