she is eating on the bottle now, but mouths everything she comes in contact with. She is the only one I have so I havent bought pellets yet, just wondering when I should introduce them too her.

They start to show a little interest around 2 or 3 weeks of age, but they will only nibble a piece or two at first.

The ones I bottle-raised weren't really interested in the feed until around 9-10 weeks old. They weren't completely weaned until 16-18 weeks old.

Technically they don't need to be put onto grain pellets.

This year I raised mine on alfalfa hay pellets and good mixed hay. They did great. I had those alfalfa pellets in front of them from day one because Mama was eating them too.
