a cow co op in mass?

hello all! was wondering if anyone is from Mass and part of a cow co op, for milk and or milk? How did you start? how many people are involved? how did you go about "setting up"? I have just learned about this and VERY interested. My family and I go to a dairy farm for our raw milk needs and part of a meat CSA, but feeling like we could do more, be more involved.
if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions I would love to hear them.

I am in Hopedale, about exit 20 on 495. My sister in law lives in Ware.
Still looking and keeping my ears open for any word about a cow co op. right now we are grateful to have an awesome dairy farmer in the town over.
