Having had to go into Bella for the birth I remembered that I should do a round of antibiotics. So, I swung through the vet office and they gave me penicillin. 1 cc 1x/day for 5 days. Does that sound right? Where should I give it? I've done injections for horses, but not for goats.
Thanks!

We use Pen G at the rate of 1cc per 20# for uterine issues, and always give Pen G 2x a day for 7 days.
Goats metabolize differently from horses / cattle and underdosing won't do any good.

I generally only use if if I had to do some serious twisting around in there or the doe fails to pass all / the placenta.
