any thoughts on Hereford pigs?

i have a line on a couple of Hereford feeder pigs to raise on range for our own use (butchering in the fall)

any thoughts on this breed?

never experienced them, but they look great, and a lot of duroc in the mix which never fails to impress

thanks! i'm kind of excited about a heritage breed. we had blue butts last year (i never could say that to our elderly grandmother....) and they worked out great. we're down to our last package of bacon so is time to find us some porcine friends
