Anyone have a homemade milking machine?

I have a six year old Alpine doe with tiny teats that is due to kid next week. I've been milking her for the past 4 years and they haven't grown any. I'm looking to make a homemade milker with a pulsator to save my hands. I've seen the mason jars with the syringes as inflations etc., but I want to make sure it will give the teat a rest during milking. These are show does and I do not want to cause any damage.

Anyone have any ideas?
