I just bought two Nigerian Dwarf does yesterday. The woman I bought them from claims that they should be bred. If they are, they should be due June 5 and the 18th. I haven't had much experience with pregnant goats. I have tried doing the pooch test but I'm just not sure and would like everyone's opinion.

The first three pictures are of the doe that is due June 18th. The rest are of the doe that is due June 5.

I am highly suspicious of anyone's ability to tell if a goat is pregnant by looking at a picture of her private parts.
Especially one who may be due in 2 months.
The only way to know for sure is to have a blood test done. Or, wait and see.

I agree. It's highly iffie doing a pooch test at all but definitely two months early. Your best bet is drawing blood and sending it to BioTracking for preg testing. Good luck.

Not sure. I can tell my girls are bred after awhile by looking at their udder development, their shape, and their hoohoos look a bit different---but I also know the exact dates that they were bred so that is my biggest tool for predicting impending birth.
