Baby is finally here"

Our heifer, Daisy, finally had her baby yesterday at 2:40pm. It is a beautiful healthy little heifer, I'm so excited! Daisy had her 3 days before her due date and the hottest day of summer so far, it was 116 yesterday.

Thank you, it was perfect timing. I'm glad we were there because she had trouble pushing the head out so I had to help, it was my first time helping any animal being born and it was amazing.
She was so exhausted when it was done she couldn't get up so I brought the baby to her. It was funny, she had no idea what happened until she saw her baby then she perked up and started cleaning it.
