Years ago when I had Boers, my herd queen Minnie had trips. The smallest of the trips had weak front legs and couldn't stand so I had to splint both front legs with tongue depressors and vet wrap for a week and 1/2. Some other producers told me they just euthanize in these situations. I couldn't do that.

Diva had her cast removed on 7-11-2104, six weeks after break. She still has to remain in kennel. Vet will see her again next week. He says she needs time for her muscles to strengthen before running around.
