Becky showed Daisy and Snowy in the open classes on Tuesday. Daisy took Grand Champion Nubian Senior Kid and Best Michigan Bred. Snowy (who had taken Grand Champion in the Youth Division) took 3rd, but we are still quite happy.
We were talking with a Nubian breeder and she suggested breeding the girls in October, which will put them at 8 months old. She would love to use one of her bucks, as she is confident that they will produce wonderful kids. We are new to this, so if anyone has any pointers I would love them.
