What do you do about cleaning the goat yard in the winter? Our snow covered yard is littered with goat berries and I'm not sure how to go about cleaning them up or whether I should bother. Thoughts?

Thanks!

Depends on how big your goat yard is and how much manure is in it...

I'd say your best tool for the job if you go about it is gonna be a snow shovel.

We don't bother to clean out our goat yard as we have 3 acres and the chickens break up the manure. But if you have a small yard and you feel there's enough manure to warrant a cleaning then grab a shovel and get to work :p
