Best training treats

Hello! So I have a friend who is looking for some good training treats for her about 16h horse. She is trying to train him to be a better horse (a better horse overall) and might do some clicker training. She would like some affordable treats that are nice and small. Any ideas?

Regular horse pellet feed or alfalfa pellet. Sprinkle a few in palm to be licked up quick.
