Bishops Weed

we have an area of our property covered with Bishops weed that we would like to build a new goat/sheep pen in is it safe or how do we get rid of it to make it safe.

I did some research on this and couldn't find where it might be toxic to livestock. It is has rizomes, deep rooted and spreads. In the US, it has no biological insect enemies. I have no experience with this myself, sorry that I couldn't be of more help. If it is not toxic, then maybe your goats will eat it down for you.
