bloated goat

i have a male pigmy goat who is a few years old. he is bloated. he is larger on the left side. he free ranges and gets sweet feed. should i be worried?

Does he have free access to loose mineral or a mineral block? Is this goat new to you?You could try giving him some baking soda, that can save a goats life if it is bloat. Sorry Im just a newb, hopefully someone more experianced will come along soon!
