bloodstop - how to get off my hands!!!!

i needed to use some bloodstop while trimming my goat's hooves. now my cuticles, nails and dry skin are stained black! anyone know how to clean this up without tearing up my hands?

it's like the creeping crud . . .

Goop on a tissue and then in a few days, you can use the tip of a metal nail file to remove the rest of the gunk under your nails.
