Catahoula
Overrun with beasties
Is it ok not to have food for goats at night? Of course water will be available at all time. Just no hay overnight. My two boer yearlings are really fat. I feed them about 1 lb of Chaffhaye and 1/2 lb of grass pellets twice a day. They get to roam and browse on the property. There really no much to eat (at least, that's what I thought)...some grass and pine trees. If I skip breakfast, they would just browse more to make up for lack of breakfast. If I skip dinner, then they have no choice but to wait till morning. I had already cut down on their Chaffhaye and fill them up with grass pellets. They don't seem to slim down a bit.
