bottle feeding and weening question

i have a doe who is 3/4 nubian 1/4 cashmere she is two days shy of six weeks old and on two bottles a day i offer 20oz each feeding but she normally only takes 16 latelysome feedings shes only taking 13 shes eating hay and grain and roughage im not sure if shea drinking water as i have not SEEN h er drink it but shes in with an older doeling who is completely weened and eating and drinking fine. i weighed her today she is 16 pounds twelve days ago she was 14 pounds. first of all she

is she gaining weight adequatley and secondly how shpuld i go about weaning her ? i know six weeks is too you but should i start to slowly cut her back etc? the times she takes less milk on her own she runs right over to her grain dish but she will not her her grain before a bottle
