We are new to the forum (about a month) and just realized we had not formally introducted ourselves.
Our small farm, less than 2 acres is in central North Carolina. We raise a variety of animals:

Camden County, South Jersey. Congratulations from moving from this State. You got out in time. What has been allowed to happen to this State is a disgrace. Between the Politicians and the people who worship them and put them back into office, we are now No. #1 in highest taxed State, No. #47 in Education, our infrastructure is falling apart, and I could go on.

And talk about environment? Well Camden County has the worst air quality, the water is being taken from the Delaware River because most of the well water is being shipped up to North Jersey so people's wells here are drying up. So they are forced to take up public water. What's being dumped into the Delaware River from the CCMUA, which takes waste from everything under the Sun, even the 4th Deadliest Superfund Site in the Nation (in my town), non-compliant with Federal and State laws since 2000.

So because of politics, our whole State is going down the tubes. Sorry to hear your family didn't get out. Hopefully they are fortunate enough to one day leave this place.

Used to be a Beautiful State. But now we are just a joke.
