Breeds?

So I just got two 8 month old does that are supposed to be nubians, but they don't look pure blooded to me. I didn't pay very much at all for them, so it doesn't really matter, but I'm curious as to what the other part of their genetics is. What do you guys think?

Probably Alpine judging by their straight noses. They have the Nubian ears so are most likely crossbreds. Alpines have the same or similar color patterns to Nubians.

Did you buy them as milkers?

Yes, I did. I bought them from a guy who just wanted them as pets, so he really didn't ask the original breeder anything about their genetics, but it was such a good deal I decided to take a chance on them.
