I tried to send pic of bloodwork but dont think i did. Does anyone know about gallbladder/liver problems in sheep n should I take him to University? He is my companion.

You could take him, but understand that 15 years is OLD for a sheep... it might just be his time.... You didn't say what breed he was but I don't know of any sheep off hand that have lived much past 11-12 years old.
Sorry about that, but it is just a fact of life. Their lifespan over all is around 10-12 years, a few breeds around 15-20.

Hug him, love him. He has obviously been extremely well cared for. With liver problems, and his age, it might be kinder to make him comfortable than to keep him alive at any cost.
