One of my does is in heat FOR SURE. I would like the doe bred as soon as possible but my buck has zero interest in her?? Is there any way to put him in the mood? Might be a stupid question but I know there’s only a small window to get her bred.

I don't know what to tell you then. He should be old enough. No interest at all ? How is she acting towards him?

Have you checked her? She may be doing this out of stress/excitement. How long have they been together? If for at least 3 wks, she may be bred! It has been my experience that a buck, of age, will do the job!

So, is she swollen? Pink tissue inside? Often a doe will not show settled for a full cycle when young. Hormones!

My bucks will sniff and walk if they don't need breeding.
