Hi Everyone,
I took my girl's twin bucklings to the vet today to get disbudded and have blood drawn for cae testing. Although the bucklings didn't like getting their horn buds burned or blood drawn everything went great. However, I went out to check on the goats about an hour ago and noticed that the area around the bucklings eyes in red and inflamed quite badly besides that they are acting fine though. I will try to take some pictures later. From what I am seeing it almost looks like an allergic reaction and the only thing I can think they could have been allergic to is the anti-septic spray the vet used after she was done. I was wondering if I should be concered about this and if so what I should do? Thanks so much for the help!

not sure, but I think I read that people were giving their goats some liquid benadryl. Maybe wipe the area off, so you can get the disenfectant off.

I personally would just leave it be, as long as the goat was acting normal.
