One of my nigerian dwarf does was in heat today so my nigerain dwarf buck bred her but then my Fainting buck bred her to! What will the kids be and who will they be to because they are all registered and i might want to register the kids so i need to know the breed. thanks

The answer to what they will be is, it depends. Since both bucks bred the doe, the outcome depends on which sperm fertilizes the egg in the doe. Since there could be multiple eggs (hence twins, triplets, etc), it is possible that you can get kids from both of the buck or only 1.

As for registering, since your doe is bred by 2 different bucks, you can not register the offspring. Even if they look like pure Nigerians, you don't know if they are just carrying more traits from the dam and actually only 50% Nigerian. If you want registered kids, don't allow breeding from 2 different bucks.

If you have registered nigerians and want to register kids why do you have a buck from a different breed in with them? It's not a good idea to have two bucks in with the herd anyway.
The only way you will be able to prove who the sire is would be to DNA test every kid.

You can for sure get kids sired by each buck, I have "twins" from my doe who are very definitely sired by two different bucks. She ran with a Nubian and a ND and the kids are one of each.
