Does anyone know of a good camera that is EXTREMELY easy to use and doesn't take fussing with it to get clear pictures? I got a Fujifilm Finepix S1800 and I can't take a clear picture if my life depended on it. I was finally fussing with it today but my patience has reached its limit. Also, I would like the camera to be $200 or less. I'm not interested in being a photographer. I just want to take clear pictures of the goats so I can put them up on my website. I also don't want to have to fuss with a camera. I really don't have an interest in it. It may be a tall order but I'm just so frustrated today and all I want to do is get good clear pictures of my 2 new little bucklings. Thanks!

Oh, and my old camera is an Olympus FE-220. That actually takes pretty good pictures but my problem with it is that it takes too long to take the picture so I have missed a lot of good pictures because of that. So I also need a camera that doesn't take forever to snap the picture. Thanks!

My daughter has a casio exilim, it takes very nice pictures and was around 100 bucks. But it wont hold up to a lot of abuse. Easy to use point and shoot type camera.

Or I would go with a sony cyber shot.

I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ7. Lots of cool settings, takes good pics and great ones up close, too.
Mine is for sale, I have two other cameras, upgrades. If you want it, $50obo + shipping. It might fit into a small flat rate box for $6, if not, I'm sure a a small box for regular shipping won't be more than $8.
Comes with a 2GB memory card, takes two[2] AA batteries.
Let me know.

Have you considered a Nikon? The coolpix line is excellent, IMO. They take pretty good shots, and the user interface is good, too. They are also pretty durable, as well.

I had an Nikon L110 and used it to take the following shot. Elevan has the newer version of the L110.

I would share all the great pics I took with the Lumix, too, if they weren't on an external hard drive and in a box somewhere from when we moved...
It has pet settings, basic, smart setting and other presets that are great for fast pics.

Redtailgal, how did you get that blue? The white on the chest and that blue screams photoshop support.

Nope, no photoshop done in this (with the exception of a crop)

Thanks for the ideas. I will have to look into those cameras.

Your flamingo does have blue across its back and some white on head and chest on my PC too. It must be the pc. It looks beautiful.

I was bout to get my britches in a wad. BUt I figured out what happened........This pic was formated in a "fine print" mode because I was printing it to use in an exhibit. Most computers are set to a basic RBG format, but I have this pic set at a different format to allow for a better quality print (my camera, computer and printer are all calibrated to use this format for a special print.

I was freaking out over here.......it looks right on my puter because its calibrated. While some of my pics are edited, I edit very lightly. This pic, however, was entered into several "No editing" compititions and exhibits, and it due to be published in the spring. I was freaking out, lol, I thought something was wrong with it. I searched thru the metadata for 20 minutes before I figured out what was going on.

Give a girl a coronary next time! :gig

Thanks for the compliments on the shot, its one of my favorites.
