Can a LG Donkey have other uses?

Curious if it's a good idea to use/train a guardian donkey for leadline rides and/or driving for backyard fun? Or does it decrease their guardian ability?

Training a donkey for lead line rides or driving sounds like a great way to work with your donkey and train them for other useful things. Even if you train them to drive or ride they're guardian ability will not decrease, they will still be the same in the pasture.

From what I understand donkeys guarding ability comes from their instinctual hate of canines. As long as you aren't training that out of them I would say go for it!
